Tasty Thursday: Sloppy Joes

Oh boy,Sloppy Joes. This is most definitely my exception to eating meat. There are few things worth purchasing meat for and this is one of them. This is one of my husbands all time favorite dishes. He DEVOURS it. This time I had to make TRIPLE because we had friends coming over and they are amazing eaters. I have never actually had sloppy joe from a can or really any other kind other than this recipe so I cant speak to how it compares with something you are used to, but I will say its not bad for you at all. I use coconut sugar to sweeten, organic ketchup as the main sauce component, and the two secret ingredients are SMOKED paprika and a tsp of cocoa powder. mmm mmm mmmmm. Lets just get to the recipe so we don’t waste any time.
