I’ve been craving a burger lately. It doesn’t happen often so if I am craving one I don’t like to waste my time. It has to be just right. I spend time thinking about what type of burger its going be so I can enjoy it. This time I was feeling some mushrooms with a little tang. I didn’t use any bread crumbs or anything else to bind it together. I figured I’d let the meat stick to itself. It was not 100% successful but I was still happy with the outcome.
