Welcome!
Trauma-Informed Integrative Care for Whole-Person Wellness

I understand that healing is multifaceted. My practice blends trauma-informed care with functional and integrative assessment to create a clear, personalized roadmap for your health. Through targeted testing, detailed history, and ongoing evaluation, we work to identify root contributors and develop protocols that are both structured and adaptable to your readiness, capacity, and goals.
Alongside this clinical work, we integrate somatic exercises, nutritional and lifestyle guidance, and body awareness practices that help you reconnect with your nervous system and support lasting change. This combination allows us to move forward with both data and regulation in mind.
Whether you’re seeking to uncover the root contributors to chronic pain, navigate the impacts of stress, or receive support through demanding seasons of life, you’ll find a compassionate, family-friendly space here—accessible from the comfort of your home.
This virtual model is designed to meet real life. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are, even if work, caregiving, or a busy household is happening in the background. Many of the people I work with are balancing full lives and responsibilities, and this space is intentionally supportive, flexible, and judgment-free.
This is your place to exhale and reconnect with your body—even in the busiest and messiest seasons of life.
Trauma-Informed Care
My approach to trauma-informed care honors the unique pace of each individual’s healing journey. We move only as fast as the slowest part of you is ready to go, creating a safe and compassionate space for transformation. Through this lens, we understand how the body and mind adapt in response to trauma—developing survival mechanisms that may have once served us but can become overwhelming or maladaptive over time. Rather than pathologize these responses, we learn to recognize them as intelligent forms of coping—often even as superpowers. Together, we work to regulate the nervous system, build resilience, and create space for healing. You’ll gain insight into how trauma is stored in the body and how it may relate to chronic pain. Through somatic exercises and body-based practices, I help you connect the dots between past experiences and current musculoskeletal symptoms, empowering your body to release what it no longer needs and move toward lasting relief.
